EU Withdrawal Polic

If you purchase a product from this online store within any country in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase (contract) within 14 days of delivery with or without justification.  If you decide to return the product within the 14-day cooling period, you are responsible for the return costs of postage and packaging to this online store in its original, unopened condition.

While withdrawal from a digital purchase is possible, you cannot withdraw from any digital purchase you have accessed at any time.

All withdrawn purchases, including standard delivery charges, will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of returned goods, or in the case of unwatched digital purchases, 14 days of receipt of request.
